OOPS, THEY DID IT AGAIN! : BILLIONAIRE SPAWN’S HOLLYWOOD MANSION GETS GRAFFITI BOMBED!

It’s happened again in Los Angeles! A high-profile, luxury property has been brazenly graffiti bombed in the City of Angels.

You may recall the epic graffiti takeover earlier this year of Oceanwide Plaza. The unfinished luxury condo skyscraper in Downtown L.A. that was covered in graffiti art and tags from top to bottom.

Now the Hollywood Hills mansion of an ultra-rich heir to a billions-dollar fortune has been totally worked over as an architectural graffiti canvas. And like Oceanwide Plaza, it’s gone mega viral.

Graffiti artists and taggers have been invading the Hollywood property for a while now, much to the annoyance and chagrin of neighbors.

The exclusive home is on the city’s legendary Mulholland Drive and is the property of TV producer John Powers Middleton, the “trustafarian” scion of a billionaire business family whose fortune was made in the tobacco industry.

Power’s home has been vacant and more or less abandoned for years, making it a ripe target for graffiti artists, trespassers and vandals. Police have been responding to reports by neighbors of trespassers on the property for at least a couple of years.

Powers has had another similarly vacant luxury home in Los Angeles used as a graffiti art playground, too, but with the Mulholland Drive home’s epic graffiti takeover, the bar has been raised (or is it lowered?) in these kinds of incidents.

So the question is: What’s the next big graffiti bombed building that’s going to go viral?
