This is probably the most minimalist coffee-making/-serving set-up we’ve seen. It’s in the courtyard of the Hammer Museum of art in Los Angeles. This is a fitting space for this super basic espresso bar with its beautiful off-white equipment and coffee-bean grinder. The cafe is run by Manufactory Coffee, an offshoot of popular, foodie-centric bakery and restaurant Tartine.
