Lost Weekend NYC, the surf-themed cafe in the Lower East Side, has organized a relief effort to help those in the hurricane-devastated Rockaway Beach communities of Queens in New York City.
The cafe is collecting donations of warm clothing, non-perishable food, water, etc., to give to victims of Hurricane Sandy.
For those in NYC who can help, come on down to the cafe at 45 Orchard Street and drop whatever you can contribute this effort to help others.
