Note this stickie is a U.S. Postal Service label, which has been re-purposed as a mini-canvas for the art work. It’s a common technique. The stickie is affixed to one of those plastic containers (“street furniture,” as it’s sometimes called) that contain free newspapers, promotional magazines, real-estate pamphlets, etc., often near intersections.
