Major props to Michael Little and his staff at Lost Weekend NYC for keeping the Blue Bottle coffee flowing despite not having electricity. They’ve been setting up a sidewalk operation in front of their cafe on Orchard Street in the Lower East Side and have even managed to maintain the slow-pour coffee-brew process. Awesome!
