The Roseland Ballroom in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood has been the site of many concerts over the years. It was the venue where influential 1990s British trip-hop group Portishead famously recorded a live performance with an orchestra. The front of Roseland is covered in a massive mural of its name that runs the full length of the building.
